Welcome to Ceylon EduX (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and online education services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 6 years or older to create an account.
  • Users under 18 must obtain parent/guardian consent.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.

2. User Accounts

  • Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
  • Sharing accounts or misusing credentials is prohibited.
  • Ceylon EduX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

3. Educational Content & Services

  • All courses, materials, and resources provided are for educational purposes only.
  • Unauthorized distribution, resale, or reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.
  • Course availability and schedules may be subject to change.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Fees must be paid in full or as requested by the "Ceylon Edux" Management before accessing paid courses.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (we do not store card details).
  • Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled by the user.
  • Refunds will follow our Refund Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload, share, or post illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Disrupt or attempt to hack the platform.
  • Impersonate other users or staff.
  • Violate intellectual property rights of Ceylon EduX (IB International (Pvt) Ltd) or others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (text, videos, graphics, software, trademarks) belongs to IB International (Pvt) Ltd or licensed partners. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access learning materials for personal use only. Any unauthorized copying, screen recording, modification, or distribution may result in legal action.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without any warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we strive for uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ceylon EduX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you for the course or service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may deactivate their accounts at any time by contacting Ceylon Edux Management Team support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sri Lanka.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
